El Righton RETINOMAX-5 es un autorefractómetro portátil de mano de la línea RETINOMAX de Righton, diseñado para la medición de la refracción objetiva en pacientes que no pueden utilizar equipos convencionales de sobremesa. Su diseño ergonómico y ligero permite mediciones en posición sedente, recostada o de pie, adaptándose a las condiciones de cualquier examen.
El RETINOMAX-5 realiza mediciones de refracción objetiva sin necesidad de dilatar al paciente y sin requerir oscurecer la sala de examen, lo que lo hace ideal para uso en urgencias, consultas domiciliarias, quirófanos y campañas de salud en campo. La función de promedio automático de múltiples mediciones garantiza resultados confiables incluso en pacientes con nistagmo o fijación inestable.
